Its called an auto-tuner.
The one i have is an add on for some music software i have, but like I'm sure there's a bunch of them out there. I'm sure there's one you can get as an app for iPhone's.

Old days were nice

I see were your coming from. whenever i start a project in flash i have the basic idea in my head but once I start animating i start to turn away from the story and just put action and random things happening.
